- Cancellation Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In Date: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellation Made 3-6 Days Before Check-In Date: For cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
- Cancellation Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In Date: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Early Departure
If you decide to shorten your stay or check out early after arriving, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your reservation.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers or discounted rates may be marked as “non-refundable.” In such cases, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the same card used during booking.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred back to the bank account used for the initial payment.
6. Group Bookings and Special Events
For group bookings or reservations made for special events, the refund terms may differ. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for details.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may offer alternative options including rescheduling or issuing a credit for future stays, subject to availability.
8. Changes to Reservation
Modifications to your reservation, such as changing dates, are subject to availability and the applicable rates for the new dates. Please note that changes made close to the check-in date may be treated as a cancellation, and refunds will follow the cancellation policy.
